A long time local resident, Dr. Dave Bond was fortunate to grow up in Skagit County. He is continually amazed at the natural beauty and opportunities for recreation here in the Pacific Northwest. When not in the clinic or spending time with his family, you are likely to find Dave paddling an outrigger canoe, skiing at Mt Baker, running or hiking his favorite trails, sweating on the mats at Kalahi Martial Arts Academy, or in the kitchen baking sourdough bread.

Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Dave was a career firefighter/paramedic for the City of Mount Vernon. As a physical therapist, he enjoys working with “tactical athletes” as well as anyone who wants to move and feel better. Dave takes special interest in rehabilitating and improving the performance of martial artists, paddlers, and runners. Embracing a biopsychosocial approach, Dave loves to accompany people who are experiencing acute injury, or even chronic pain, on a journey to fuller participation in their lives and passions.

Dave completed the Purser Paramedic Program and a Bachelor of Science Paramedicine degree at Central Washington University, then earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at the University of Washington. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
